    Very few people look good without a shirt. If you think you look good without a shirt on, you probably should put one on. Even models don't look hot without the oil they spread on them and in whatever poses the photographer tells them to be.

    If the shorts go past your knees and are khaki colored they should be fine.

    My crutches had rubbed my shin really badly, so the doctor has told me it is better to go without a shirt for a while while I am walking on them
