While you are driving.... an ambulance comes up behind you, what do you do?

(Priority 1....with lights and siren).....Do you know to pull over to the RIGHT???? I'm a medic and this makes me cringe every shift.

Of course I pull over. Anyone who doesn't deserves to put IN an ambulance after being run over a couple of times. Since every second counts for those people you're trying to get to, or transport to a hospital, as far as I'm concerned they are guilty of attempted murder, and should pay the price for thier selfishness

COOLPENGUIN	Posted Jul 19th, 2009 at 3:46AM If they can’t get around because traffic is moving on the other side, I keep going until they will have a clearing, then I either pull into places or turn at lights if I can or I pull as far over as possible and stop. I am an EMT/Firefighter1, I get annoyed and worried as well:( People are not always the brightest or the most helpful. Rated: +2Vote for this!

Duckgirl	Posted Jul 19th, 2009 at 4:15AM This happened one time and we thought we were supposed to pull over to the right to get out of there way except when we did some big guy hit our car really hard with his hands telling us we were supposed to get out of there in order to let them in since thats where it was going.
