    I learned this from my parents years ago, a borrower or a lender never be, if we borrow something it will break we have to fix as for everything you ask I just have made it my policy not to borrow and lend.

    Best-Whoever actually has the means to pay it back and is trustworthy.
    Worst-Whoever has an addiction.
