Hello Ms. Cara, (btw, it's good to converse with you again!)
I look up to the people who have already accomplished what I am trying to achieve! Often times, I will ask a person how they became successful at XYZ, and they are usually more than willing to share their experiences with me. All I have to do is ... LISTEN!!!
To my way of thinking, rather than trying to re-invent the wheel, it is always a great bet to show honest admiration for someone who you respect, and ask them how they accomplished their greatness!
