Who else has family members making them crazy today?

I feel the same way about my mom too.

I am very ticked off with my dad today.

My mother is refusing to take any pain medication for the bone cancer that is littered throughout her body. She instead just spends her day yelling about the most absurd things... My eleven year old brother is home sick with H1N1 and she started yelling for him to come to her bedside. When he did she promptly told him she was giving away his dog because he sucks. This is not typical behavior... I want to slip drugs in her tea or something because her pissed off rantings about everything is driving me up the wall today! Usually I have much more patience, but my asthma is simply horrid today, so I really just want to tell her to shut up and quit being miserable. Worst caregiver ever award--won by me with these thoughts of drug induced silence for a while. Ugh.

My mother is driving me nuts. She can't do anything for herself. She calls us over for the dumbest stuff and acts like it is an earth shattering emergency. Keep in mind, I live 40 min. away. Three of those trips in one week is a bit much. If she REALLY had an emergency, I wouldn't mind making the drive but when we get over there, she wants us to fix her printer or move her rugs, its so annoying. When we say something about it, she just says since my dad died everything is so hard now. Bare in mind, he died in Feb. She had a new boyfriend now (I know, we think it is too soon too, but that is a whole different story). Anyway, she is just whiny... It annoys me.
