Humans brains are naturally wired to learn language in the critical stages of childhood from the time of birth until about five, this is when the brain is extremely active in the area where language and memory of language is stored, and considering how extensive a language is, there's most likely no chance one man made up words, a group, maybe a tribe or a family unit, each made up there own words for the things they use and see, and at some point, as population grew, more and more people began meeting and would need to communicate, and so it would be that true languages would eventually be formed. So in conclusion no, the "man" who "invented" words was and is, in fact, non-existent.
