The only gun I ever had as a child was a Super-Soaker, or its equivalent in 1967.

I asked for one but was denied and honest to god my mom said it was because I would shoot my eye out ... this was early 70's ... Imagine my surprise when I saw that in a movie years later lol ...
sement shooting at homemade targets ... a richocet of one of those bb's caught my cousin near his eye and he had this big misquito type welt near his eye socket for days
I did shoot a few bb guns though ... mostly in my cousins ba
