Well first get a slow cooker and some lentils . Cook the lentils til soft . Strain . Get some tomatoes and some cilantro cut them up . Add some salt and a little oil .
Put in a pan add a little olive oil stur and wellah you can eat it cold or hot .yum now I am hungry.
