I have met numerous famous people in my life. Politicians have included President Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, and George HW Bush, Al Gore, and numerous Congressmen and senators.

Scientists included ADM Grace Potter and Dr Margaret Meade.

Entertainers included more than I can recall or name as my mother was a professional entertainer.

Sports personalities included Muhammad Ali, George Foreman, Joe Frazier, Stan Musiel, Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, and Willy Mays.

Authors included Isacc Asimov and Aurthur C Clarke.

I have lived a very interesting life.

Yep. And that is not the entire list. Al Gore and I were one year apart in age and played soccer against each other (and I did not like him then anymore than now). I was only four when I met Eisenhower and Nixon but grew up with a personally autographed photo of Nixon on my wall in my bedroom. Of all of them, I spent the most time with Grace Potter, Margaret Meade, and Muhammad Ali, all of whom I admire a great deal. Ali, of his own volition, spent about five hours on an airplane helping me care for my three year old and three month old sons flying from LA to Tokyo. I was heading back to my navy base and he was on his way for an exhibition fight with Japan's Judo champion, a guy named Inoki. Most of the rest were brief meetings -- handshake, autograph, etc.
