I think Mugabe has one of the most hideous criminal records. So many have died recently (or been replaced) he stands out as a true dictator. Vast unemployment and insane cost of living in a nation potentially wealthier than some western countries. Not to mention the sanctioned mass murders.

No, but he gave the French actor a passport so he could avoid paying the high rate of tax in France. Yet cancelled adoptions of Russian children to the US !! Left them to live orphanages in poverty to make a point !! Picture in the UK papers of Mercy (Madonna's adopted child) skiing. People gave Madonna stick when she was adopting her, but hey look at that child's life NOW.
