    Someone who shows no concern for others. I have such a huge heart for helping others that it drives me crazy when I see someone who doesn't even care.

    I'd go for No Concern guy being worse.

    Sure Super Ego is a douche but he must care about something at least (tho thats probably likely to be himself.)

    The concern narcissists show for others is fake, intended only to show off their social persona, so I think a big ego equals no concern.
