I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY HERO

my father ... because he is the person who let me know what my self worth was as a kid... he always told me i could do anything and was a prime example of that... he is 50 yrs and is in his last 6months of school for his PHD. i watched him raise a family and work full time go to school full time and acheive him dreams... he tells me every time i get down that i can be the one to make things better and jsut keep pecking away at what ever it is that i want out of life... not to ever compare my self to others because we all have our own path.... my parents have been married 30 years and that has taught me how a man should treat a woman....
my dad has almost been to me what i thought a mother should be to a daughter... he is my safe place and a person that i can talk to about anything... he never judges and only gives advice when asked... other than that he just listens ....
my FATHER IS MY HERO AND MY FATHER IS AMAZING.
i hope that i have a daughter one day and that my husband treats my daughter at least 1/10th of what my father treated me because then i know that she will feel loved and be alright in this world because i will love her just as much as my father loved me... but it is very different when it is a fathers love...
man i need to go home for a visit.

My Grandparents, They taught me things like honor, pride, Shilvelry. When they took to live with them. I had 3 busted ribs and was recovering from a gun shot wound, That was done by my step father. And heel and toe marks from my head to my the backs of my legs. Which were also given to me by my step father. I know I gave them hell the first year I was with them. But they out lasted my anger. And they showed me what a family was suppose to be like. I learned so much from them it is ashame that people today just discard older folks like they mean nothing. People forget that this country was built on the backs of the older generation.

Michael Phelps. Overcome the fear of water and walk away with 8 gold medals. And to those who didn't think he would amount to anything, How do you like me now?

Michael Jordan. Because he is the epitome of what competition and drive can yield.

My older Sister Janyse. I'd never tell her that, but she always has been.

My Grandad was my hero. He passed away at the age of 94 back in November. He was the bravest most honourable person that I have ever met.
