Who thinks N. Korea will try to bomb the U.S. this month?

As stupid as the Pyongyang government (read Kim Jong Il) has been in the past, I seriously doubt they would want to be quite THAT stupid!

What dubiousone says is very true. Their current technology can not even hope to reach the us. unless they get a missile already set up from an outside source they wont even be able to make it across the ocean.

Their are 3 unclassified types of missiles. Long range... Medium range and short range.

Most of the worlds long range capability is very limited.
you have to think of the weather it may cross, malfunctions it may have ect.
Medium range is not so risky but at the same time the pay load is much smaller because most of the medium range missiles today are SCUDs.
I dont deal with short range so i dont want to bull **** you.

All in all they may bomb the south korean penn. but they lack the ability at this moment in time to hit the us with anything.

Nope!!! However, if they set off another bomb test and the air goes west instead of east, China may take care of the problem for the rest of the world. Their last test was only thirty miles from China, and the Chinese were not too happy about it. Notice how the Chinese finally agreed to more sanctions after the last test? They are po'd.
