Hear Things all the time, seen things move with nobody there.

Never tell a shrink you 'hear things' that are not there. it is a sign of SEVERE mental illness.

I go for couselling becasue I had a breakdown a few years back. Am on anti-depressants and every now and again I slip back into a paranoid state which is when the voices start! Have just got to get a grip! but thx for advice

for me the pills themselves caused the voices. but if your meds are working don't stop taking them. i just don't advise SSRIs or other types of anti-ds for stress-related illnesses... been there, done that, have the scars..

I'm glad you said that, at nighttimw when I am outside having a smoke I see strange lights going across the sky that shoot off. They're definately NOT stars or planes!
