Kill me please, i work at a Walmart...Only been there a month. Let me share some insight. The reason their prices are low, and so is their customer service, is because the people who work there are SOOO overworked and paid barely minimum wage. Its a little hard to be enthusiastic and help people when you are damn-near suicidal....You get what you pay for. Want better service, pay more somewhere else. Want crap you dont need cheap, go to Walmart and deal with depressed workers. welcome to America...

You cannot "force" anybody to serve you better. If you don't like their service, don't shop there. Just like if you don't like your job, don't work there.

I've been boycotting already for 5 years, not because i want better service, because i want them to all dissapear. the world would be much better with out them. Their whole profit model is to cut costs at any way posssible to keep prices down. This often hurts staff from the workers in china to the workers in the stores themselves. I'd go so far as to argue it's any christians responsibility to boycott walmart.

Yeah yeah go petal that load some where else they give people jobs who couldnot work other places that is why they have lousy service I think you are misguided yeah I miss wolworths and piggly wiggly and a good hardware store but logistics in this day an age requires a place like wal mart and your union backing is another model of what is wrong or did the government not bail out three of four automobile manufacturers you are mistaken commie and I can't see your face what are you scared

K i literally laughed out loud when you called me a commie. If you like the walmart model so much, don't complain about lack of service. As for unions you sound like you've accepted a lot of propaganda that's out there by big business. Unions are not perfect, but they help protect workers, the issue comes when they become to strong. There has to be a balance of power so everyone can win. If you miss those stores you should shop at stores like them. Focus on what you need, not what you want everyone will do better. Take care Simon! Try not to call people names on this site, it's about the free exchange of thoughts, ideas and experiences :)

I'd boycott Wal-Mart for the incredible damage they do the economy.

FUN FACT - for every 2 jobs Wal-Mart creates, they destroy 2.2 by driving supplier prices so low companies are forced to outsource. Not to mention a wider variety of smaller places going out of business as they can't compete. Low prices come at a cost.

Do you know how many people would have to do that for it to make any impact on their sales?
