Would you like to marry someone who you love alot but is poor the rest of his life/with no talent VS someone who is rich with a very respectable carreer and loves you alot but you only like him somewhat?

OMG!!! I can tell you about it. I am about to divorce my "respected career but only like him some" Not a good idea girl, really really not. You think with time you will learn to love him.... but love either IS there, or it isn't. Care and concern can grow with time, but passion, attraction, desire to share intimate thoughts and feelings... nah. That's either there since day 1 or NOT.
On the other hand, you say poor guy loves you a lot. IF you love him back... don't ruin your life and just stay there.
In the end, the little things about career guy that you find mildly irritating, will eventually become BIG burdens after the millionth time... remember you have to spend time with him every day of your life. Annoyances become reasons for big fights. In the end, you won't be enjoying your every day life next to someone you just kind of like. I know it's silly but think of a food that you just kind of like. Now imagine piles and piles and piles of it.... now imagine yourself eating it all....

redflame	Posted Sep 4th, 2009 at 3:17AM Id marry for love. Money issues can always be worked out later. Like and loving someone is two very different emotions. I had the opportunity once to be with a very wealthy man, that I did like & enjoy his company very much, and i probably would have fallen for him.. given the chance. But he worked such long hours, id really be alone mojority of the time, so whats the point then? I'd rather be with someone that gives me the attention, love and support we both need, than having material things with someone that is never there. Rated: +1Vote for this!

RRK1	Posted Sep 4th, 2009 at 9:46AM My mother always told me that you can love a rich man as well as a poor man and that you should always marry a man who loves you more than you love him. I have never taken her advice and have ended up hurt many times. It is always important to LIKE someone more than you LOVE him anyway. That can evolve into respect. That's my take on it anyway. I wouldn't marry either of them - don't believe in marriage for me anymore, but I would probably go for the poor guy, as I don't travel in rich guy circles and wouldn't have met him in the first place!
