The funny thing is, that most of the people who scream "Open Minded", are more political about it then they are willing to admit. Most people who claim they are open minded, really in truth mean, they want you to be open minded and change your position like a weather vein to match their position. Regardless if their stories can be backed up with facts, history or scientific studies, or contradict them.
So in summary I like the idea that I can deal with a truly open minded person, but they are truly few and far between.

I would prefer to be friends with an open minded person, but I can work with others.

open minded. close minded persons tend to be judge-mental. they always listen to themselves, and are not flexible to other realities of life.

I prefer open minded people, but I also accept that some of my friends are closed minded on certain subjects and that is ok with me. I accept them for who they are.

I'd prefer an open minded person because well...since they are more open, they would 'understand' you more from what you have to say. I have no problem talking to any type of person though.
