Isn't a fool a fool? But I would say the one who is so darn egotistical, and gets on everyone's nerves, the one that doesn't shut up, who always thinks he is right all the time, the one who is boisterous, and loud, yes that's the fool. But really, I don't know what you mean. I have never experienced this kind of person ever....lol :)
