Resolved Question

Why am I always tired?

Lately I've been very fatigued and sleepy all the time. I eat well, I exercise daily and I don't do hard drugs. My sleeping schedual changes a lot but I don't know if that is why I'm tired all the time. Sometimes I sleep 14 hours a night and sometimes I sleep 4. I'm not stressed or depressed.

you could be anemic. or it could be your changing sleep habits. try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday and see if that helps. if not talk to your doc.

I would try and get between 7-9 hours a night, regularly. Teens typically need more sleep, while adults can function normally on less than 7, but the key for me is being consistent. Get a routine and stick to it. If that doesn't help, consider talking to your doctor. Hope you feel rested soon!

Are you eating good enough? I would take a multi vitamin if I were you and see if that helps you.

sleeping at regular times is pretty important. if your schedule changes, that could have a lot to do with it.

Im stuck on the sentence... "I don't do HARD drugs" so that means you do some drugs?
Go to the Dr. get a physical... they will be able to tell you what's going on.

Talk to a doctor. I have the same problem but I suffer from manic depression.

I recently went to the doctor for the same reason and he also said that the size of my tonsils could be the reason I sleep a lot--they're large and it could be causing breathing problems....?

It happens to me also, we're just weakened, in my case, it's because there's too much happening in my life at this moment, maybe you're the same. Take a multi vitamin and have a joint. (maybe not at the same time, or you're going to feel like up and down at the same time, not good.)
