Why am I dreaming about about my ex?

Your Brain hold engrams of memories and are stored just like a computer. However, what triggers the memories often can be brought on by the sense's. Like a certain smell you just happen to remember when you were together or a taste from a food that you especially remember etc. The sub conscience while sleeping will bring people and and places to dreams almost as characters in a story! Often there are people in your dreams you don't recognize! They were caught possibly by your eye passing by or someone in line at the store. Often there is no rhyme or reason. If on the other hand you are missing your ex, then your concentrated thoughts can be manifestating in your dreams.

Huh.... idk much either, but I can say I understand....

Try to get old some time and enjoy. Tell new about the experience with old and have more joyful life.
