It's called insomnia/stress. Welcome to my world.
Because your mind is going over the things you wish you had energy to do in the day time and then your mind tries to schedule these tasks at night so that if you find some energy in the following days, you may somehow find a way to not feel that you are running behind.
Been there, done that, didn't really get over it, just no longer work so now I can sleep when the body allows. I hope you are able to find an answer to your insomnia/stress sooner than later.
