Resolved Question

My beloved has made great changes in his life and I seem to be mired in my own existence that I hate. I know that my life will change but it gets so hard waiting for resolution. I am waiting for a financial resolution that has taken almost two years and no end in sight. I want to be happy for him but I find myself feeling sad now.

I am a great cheerleader for others and perhaps I now need my own cheerleaders. I feel needy and vulnerable and sort of afraid. Not emotions that I usually feel. I do not like these feelings. I sit here at my computer and my beloved is so far away from me. I am usually so strong but tonight I find myself feeling disconnected from everyone. What is going on with me?

It is a sense of anger and frustration because he can move on and you feel you can't. What I read in your story is that you are "waiting". Even though "good things come to he who waits", don't believe it. I think you are feeling helpless and depressed because you are waiting until something happens for you to take action.
