Why am I hungry again?

Your stomach has, at this time, already digested all supplements that you have previously injested. It is now sending a signal to your brain, informing it that it is prepared to take in more.

Do you eat bread? Over the last year or so I have notice that a large proportion of breads contain a chemical called 'calcium propionate', this is used to inhibit mould. It has a very negative effect on some people, myself being one of them. I tend to eat a lot if I eat bread, since I stopped eating bread I went from 110Kg down to now 82Kg in about three months. Do you perhaps eat a lot of bread?

if you already eat enough but you're still hungry, drink water, because sometimes your brain doesn't realize you're hungry or thirsty..
