I have an eating disorder. Today I ate 3 mushrooms (4 cals each) and I am not one bit hungry. It depends on the length of restriction but the longer you restrict, the more your stomach shrinks and you get fuller more quickly. Maybe you should research eating disorders and see if you fit in? But if you don't, please don't try because it isnt all fun and games.
because your sad? or on anti-manic meds? or you have an eating disorder? there are lots of psychological and physical factors to take into account, so i think to get a real answer you have to use more information on your surroundings and psychological/ physical conditions

Each persons digestion is different, taking more or less time to complete to your next meal. If you lose too much weight see a nutritionist.
