I think you summed the reasons up quite nicely
you should go to sleep maybe you will feel better no fun being annoyed and feeling lousy take care of you
need a good poking.
Cause you woke up late today? Try waking at 6am. Freshen up, breakfast, go for a 20 min walk then go back to bed for however long yah like. This method keeps the mood calm all day.
Sounds like you may have "a need for weed" syndrome : )
