Why am I starting to screw up everything?

I 'm 18-years-old. I have major depressive disorder and I know how it feels to feel like you have no hope of getting any better. I used to cut and enjoy the feeling of the blood dripping down my arm. I was hearing noises that I could not explain and I started to freak out over everything. I am mostly over that now and am trying to hold off a relapse. I have always been paranoid and I still am.

The one major concern is: I have been starting to deplete. My mind seems like it is erasing everything I have learned. I can't talk like I used to or even write a sentence without making several mistakes. I used to do that fine. I am double checking everything I am doing to make sure I don't make any mistakes that may cost me a grade or something like that since I am a freshman in College. I am sometimes too much of a perfectionist. I know, but I want to know why i am not up to par the way I used to. So what could be happening to make me start to screw up everything?

Stress kills. You need Something to help you through your depressive state. I recommend, as I always have, ****, and CHOCOLATE. These two fine items release serotonin in the brain, keeping you happy and healthy. Some fruits like Bananas and tomatoes work too.

Keeping a healthy life effects your body in more ways than expected. Exercising also works to keep your mind intact, just as trying to keep happy keeps your body from killing itself.

Cutting releases endorphins, which also make you feel good BUT. It's Still not healthy to loose that much blood, flesh, or to damage your nerves. Any time the urge hits you, take a shower or do something else, and over time, you'll associate the stimuli with a different action.

Also, smiling for five to ten seconds, regardless of your mood can help lift it, Practice this often, especially when you feel yourself slipping.

If you need **** sites, ask me, I know some good free ones that will do you for a while, regardless of what it is you're looking for.

If you have any problems that set off your depression and feel pressing, come to us, it's why we hang around.
