Why are kids even in the Internet aside from Reasearch and study for school?
Sure the internet helps kids learn. Fine, use it for learnign few things here and there. but
Kids are doing all kinds of nonsense that doesn't beneft them.
Like chatting, video chatting, gaming, and bad things too. and the watching and making videos thing in youtube.
All that is basically just wasting time. They could be doing actual hobbies like art or music or talking to people in their town and making friends.
Why are we letting kids now just spend all their time in the internet?
Intenet should be just for adults.
the internet there's nothing good for kids aside from using some sites that benifit their learning. ALl the other stuff is nonsense SOCIAL VIRTUAL Stuff.
yeah Communicating and sharing opinions and creating games and stuff and collaborating. You would think this is good but it's good only to create their VIRTUAL LIFE. It's not making them have a real life in the real world.
Plus many kids are using it for bad stuff like creating bad stuff in the

Sometimes we use the internet to look for advice on certain things that we can not speak to an adult about, so we try to find something that will help us, from certain sites or talking to people who have been through the same sort of things

Why should children not be allowed on the internet ? I guess a lot of attention is given to those that get into trouble or up to mischief but the vast majority do use it sensibly, I believe. Up to the parents to monitor what their children are doing and make them aware of the dangers. Schools do it as well. My children are online and I am fine with it, both sensible and using it safely, in fact they worry about me !!

Yeah but why do you even want them online. Everything in the internte is replaceable by some real world hobby. Example--> Videos in youbute : Draw or make own stories in writing. Chat in chatrooms-> Chat with real people even chat with old people and learn from them Games online or computer-> Go out and do some gardening or playing outside Why do they even need the web aside from learning it in school for alittle while?

You are assuming they have a life that exists only online and they don't. My son is an avid gamer, a couple of his friends from school are too and they often play together online. He loves drawing. My daughter is out every weekend with her friends, loves shopping etc. They are both teenagers now but up to 11 yeah they were at the park with me or museums etc. Please not all children are living their lives online ONLY.
