Most habits are hard to break, but only the undesirable ones are ever talked about. No one tells you you MUST break that disgusting habit you have of brushing your teeth after every meal, because it isn't a bad habit. Do you want to break any of the good habits? No, so you don't find them hard to break, because you don't try.
