Maybe they get satisfaction out of knowing that they have seriously affected someone's life. They almost get high on the fact they can say something so unique that it can affect a person so strongely. It is like a power trip.

Hi ImminentDisaster
Well they are not all so cruel. I have a horrible neighbor. I feel sorry for her even though she causes me serious trouble. The other day my dogs grabbed 2 of her hens when I took them for a walk and injured them. She caused hell but i could not bring myself to point out she had neglected to keep the hens on her land where my dogs would not go. I did not want to hurt her feelings. I agree I am dumb but surely not cruel. If I am not then not all people are so cruel. Just some. My neighbor is one of the cruel ones - go figure!
