    Hell, even young people can't even navigate the isles with a shopping cart sometimes. I hate the isle displays. I tend to go to other stores.

    As for why, the reason is that many grocery stores SELL shelf and other display space to product distributors. The store is getting PAID to place an isle display. The whole system sucks.

    Well they better hope that chump change is enough to keep their doors open. Because the largest senior citizens generation is about to kick them in a s s . Wheelchairs and rolling walkers will increase by 75% within 5-7 years if we can't get trough their aisles we shop else elsewhere.

    No one enforces the rules try it sometimes in a wheel chair xmas times is the worst.
