You have to understand that....In most civilized counties, it's the government who has an Army. In Pakistan, it's the Army that has a country. The people in control of Pakistan keep their acceptance/tolerance of the Taliban thinly disguised. Keeping their Muslim Warriors protected is cultural, much like the machismo reflected in latin cultures. You never hear of a Mexican being arrested for spousal abuse, and many Mexican parents have raised children into their teens whom they now fear. Go figure. Cultural tolerance is some weird **** dewd.

They are really hard to locate... They can't just walk around and kill everyone who could be a thread, they tried and it didn't work out that well...

I think its because they hide amongst the civilian population because they know america does not want to be known as the country who kills women and children

The have mountains and hills which they use the caves to hide in, The russians couldn't get rid of them in the 80's and the US and UN won't be able to get rid of them either as they are too hard to locate
