I have discovered that my life is a lot more manageable since I have become sober. I sleep better, I work better, and I am a lot more happier. In 19 days I will celebrate 19 years of sobriety.

That's a good question. You ought to make that doesn't continue to be the case. I better get drunk tonight. It's past 1:30AM here and the night still feels very young. I do not know why.

Alcohol can really mess up your glucose levels. I'm a type 2 diabetic. Drinking alcohol is a bad idea in my case.

Strangely enough, my boss seems to have issues with people drinking while on the clock.
