And because we don't see ourselves as "perfect" even though, we will never be able to be perfect, since it's impossible, but I guess that we either want to be perfect or we want to be as close as perfect as it can be.

I guess we all would like to reach some level of perfection; we'd also like to demand better of ourselves.

We're not only hard on ourselves, but we are sometimes hard on others.
