Probably just the way it's marketed. I remember when I was younger and every wrestler was a rock star or tougher than anybody you knew. Rock, Austin, HHH, they were awesome. Even if they were still there I probably wouldn't watch these days, but if WWE was like it is now back then I don't think I'd have watched as a kid.
