Why aren't my diet pills working?

The job of the diet pills is to put money in the pockets of the people that make and sell them by feeding on your insecurities and fears.

They seem to be working just fine.

Do you watch what you're eating and exercise? If not, then the pills won't work. If they did, most girls would look like Calista Flockheart.

Diet and exercise can work! You just have to commit and have willpower.

Diet pills basically stop hunger... they don't make you lose weight. Some give you an energy boost for when you are exercising, but that's about it. I used to try all sorts of diet pills hoping that they would burn my fat but they don't. I just learned to lose weight by exercising and eating healthier. Drink green tea as well.

It won't work unless you sweat it out. Eating the right foods and drinking water does the trick. Not some capsulated wonder pill.

I have wasted a TON of money in my life on diet pills, none of them worked, I'd lose weight, then get off and gain it back.

You have to bite the bullet and eat better and work out- PERIOD.

you know what i use diet pills for? it's a legal version of speed - it speeds up your heartrate and makes your body overheat...but, it keeps you up for hours and hours - a dangerous, fantastic tool if you have to drive straight for a few days

btw, you can't lose weight with diet pills

Pills cant fix nutrition. You have to give your body what it needs to function properly. Most of us have no idea what it really takes to fuel our bodies, or what a true portion is. Few of us push enough water, eat enough fiber and have little idea how much fat we consume. (I was shocked when I found a web site called fitday.com that broke it all down for me) I believe the word diet needs to be regulated to the bad 4 letter word group. Diets fail, but eating for your health has some fantastic side effects like weight loss, clear skin and so on. I'm only 2 months into trying to eat healthy and so far it's 1 pant size, 8 inches over all and people are complementing my 50 year old skin that has not been protected often from the sun! If I can do this, anyone can. Toss the pills and find a program that will work for you!
