    i tend to assume that it indicates a lack of knowledge:-

    the knowledge that would distinguish between a question and a statement.

    maybe encouraged by the need of attention.

    well.... occasionally i have to read twice to convince myself that i not just missing the point... and then a i laugh at myself for continuing to expect the best from people! try not to let it spoil your fun. robbie

    People don't really ask questions most of the time. They just want you to be there so they don't look nuts when they talk to themselves.
