A man can say anything he wants if he has a really comfortable couch

Ehh, a man doesn't want his lady handling that nasty trash. And he knows that the calluses soften up for when he's touching his woman if he helps with the dishes.

Because "a man house is his castle". And sorry folks, but castle owner is like "business owner". Ultimately responsible for everything getting done. I take out the trash because it is "my" trash ....just like I wash all the dishes because they are "my" dishes. A woman may offer to help with any of the above ...and of course, I appreciate the help. But still, in the end, ultimately it's all "my" jobs.
Castle Owner is a title that comes with a price folks.

Same reason why it is great for a guy to get a power tool as a present, but you don't dare give a power tool to your wife.

Good Question. Here's a good answer: A Garbage bag full of plates hurts alot more when smashed against your face, than a bag of trash.

You can say whatever you want if you don't mind having someone mad at you.

i'm saying it right now. it's a woman's job to wash the dishes.
Doesn't mean anything.
If you were telling that to your partner however, that'd be a little hurtful. Maybe try saying "could you wash the dishes, honey? I'll take out the trash."

Men and women can generally do both jobs equally well.
Ari and I take turns with most things, on the premise that if one of us has an accident or gets sick, the other will be able to cope with any task for a while.
There are some things I take more care of, mainly the horses and vegie patch,
and others he takes more care of, mainly plumbing repairs and the tractor,
but we take turns with those as well giving each other coaching.

We handle this ver easily. There are pink jobs and blue jobs. If I have to do a pink job, then I expect a blue job in return.

I am a woman and I'm proud to be the domestic one and do all the housework and laundry and cooking- as long as the man will uphold *his* roles as lawn caretaker and provider. And yes, rubbish taker-outer.
