Give yourself a chance. At 15 there is still many changes to happen with you and these days hair colour is hardly an issue as it can be any colour of the rainbow. 5'7 is a fine height and as for the boobs, even if they don't grow much more one day you will turn around and find yourself in your 40's and your boobs will still be upright. Those with the huge boobs will be tucking them into their waist bands. Trust me as I am a 50 year old who never had much in that department and with a bit of exercise along the way they still sit just fine. I sure would not want huge boobs.

just like yourself for who you are, think about all the people who are disfigured and stuff and be grateful you arent like that. if you love yourself without being arrogant chances are lots of people will find you beautiful - and beauty comes from within anyway

First of all your 15 so give your body time to grow! Your body will chance once you become a woman. The skin can be treated by a skin doctor or use lotion :)

difficult to answer since i dont know how you are taking care of yourself now and whats the problem with your skin, eating habits etc.
Try to eat healthier
Work out
Drink only water and tee
bye some good body lotion (if you cant afford, you can make one yourself)
get some highlights or hair color

You sound super pretty, like my best friend!! And girl trust me you do NOT want big boobs like me. Im the same height as you, also 15, relatively skinny, yet I have these stupid boobs that get in the way of everything! Sorry thats prob tmi, but like seriously it's so freaking annoying! It seems to be like the only reason any guys ever flirt with me too! Sorry, ok anywayy you're probably extremely pretty!! Look for the good things about yourself! Everyone has their flaws, but you've got to focus on the good things! :)

I feel the same way, but I'm 14. My boob size runs in the family so I hardly doubt I'm gonna get any bigger. I tell myself the bad stuff about big boobs. BUT I gotta huge butt. So I learn to be happy with myself.
I feel like my nose is too pointy and my jaw shape is bleh. I don't have the smoothest skin and my thighs are a bother.
But like I said, I learn to be happy with myself. Not just from the size of my butt, but from the little things that make me pretty. Like my hair. I think it's fine. Not the best, but I get used to it. My eyes are hazel brown. Nobody likes eyes that color. But I find that they look very pretty in the sunlight. So, I get jealous of girls that I think are prettier than me but there is always people out there who will think you're actually prettier than those people.
It may be difficult to find confidence, because I find it difficult but once you have it you're good to go for awhile.
