I used to feel that way, then I left my husband, became who I am supposed to be, myself, and I am happy again. I love life to its fullest.
those are strong emotions and you feel them more than most mabey you are in overload on just underwhelmed
mabey you are in shock or are just thinking you should feel more than you do
You have to focus on the good! Even the little things can make you happy if you let them! Enjoy thse little things that make you happy and your focus should go from good to bad!
