Have a good breakfast of Bacon & Eggs with hashbrowns and toast-coffee and milk<br />
Lunch have a burger with all the trimmings and mayo,mustard and relish, plus those sonic fries(like those)<br />
Dinner: Meat & Pototoes,vegie,bread-or Pasta with creamy garlic sauce and plenty of garlic bread<br />
late snack have a dessert-Pie with Ice cream is good<br />

In between the meals munch on some crackers or a candy bar<br />
<br />
lots of Protein and you'll gain the weight you need without over doing it
