i think.. maybe you're not letting yourself be happy, because you are scared of having it taken away from you? maybe... but the thing is, those happy moments count. even if they are taken away from you in time.. they still count.<br />
so why not turn the page.. and create some exciting stories. just enjoy yourself. have fun. forget about the past, live for the future. let go of anything that is stopping you being happy and just enjoy!

I would guess that with most people it is the inability to communicate adequately that creates most of the problems. It subscribes to the adage, "What's your part in your own downfall?"

i learned that once we have gotten into a pattern it is hard to get out of it. if life has cast some sucky things your way then you are used to feeling miserable and the second you start to feel happy you are not used to it and feel like you don't deserve to be happy. you have to realize that this is what's happening so that you can change it. surrond yourself with people who will help you to feel happy. do the things you love and feel like you don't deserve happiness everyone does!!

people don't allow themselves to feel certain ways, feelings just happen. go out and do something new. being sedentary breeds disinterest; disinterest breeds depression. just keep moving and doing.
