OMG finally i found people who have the same problem that i do/did with sleeping...i have tried everything possible.....3-4 nights a week i just can not seem to fall to sleep and stay a sleep, either i have to use the restroom or i need some water in the middle of the night ...its soo annoying. but i think i finally found my dream product....its called 5 stage sleep shot it natural and an easy shot bottle to drink down really fast....in like 30 minutes after i drink it im groggy -- got to my bed and sleep sound thru the night :)

you may have insomnia i would suggest seeing a doctor and a sleep therapist as well as doing the things Rolle2323 suggested. i myself have days where i cant sleep at all and days where i just wanna sleep
Here are some things that might be disturbing your sleep. Caffeine and caffeinated beverages....coffee, tea, cola drinks, chocolate. Cut them out completely.
Light messes up the natural hormone melatonin that makes you sleep. Keep your bedroom pitch dark. Try melatonin supplements if you find you can't sleep.
Keep your bedroom cool. You will sleep better when you are cool.
Do not drink. Even one ounce of alcohol...one drink....messes up your ability to go into the deep stage of sleep for up to 72 hours.
If you are feeling depressed, do not expect to sleep properly. You will sleep as above...like you had a drink. You will go into a doze, and then dream, and then wake up before you hit the deep stage of sleep, and you will wake up between 80-90 times a night.
Use natural foods to help you sleep. Triptophan that makes you sleepy is present in turkey, milk, and spinach. Having any one of these foods will help you sleep.
Do not exercise after 3 pm. Exercising after 3 pm will keep you awake.
Don't eat after 6 pm. Eating after 6 pm will keep you awake.

no idea , me , a neighbor bothered me early in the morning then again around 8:30 am so i slept late and got up late good thing i have no job
