My stomach once I get in the car after my work out and drink some watch likes to cramp up real bad. Should I wait longer to drink water? Should I do some stretches after my workout?

ha ha ha it was suppose to be funny... The answer is that, you need to drink water throughout the day. Not just when you work out.
