Best Answer

Nope, no evidence of tax evasion was found despite repossessions.

OK, we give in; tell us...

Best Answer

No clue, they tried taking it to court and the IRS just apologized. I'm thinking a few agents may have abused their authority...

@ TheDaken it wasnt a few is was the Chief Counsel.
Among the other revelations, on Aug. 4, 2011, staffers in the IRS’ Rulings and Agreements office “held a meeting with chief counsel so that everyone would have the latest information on the issue.”
On Jan, 25, 2012, the criteria for flagging suspect groups was changed to, “political action type organizations involved in limiting/expanding Government, educating on the Constitution and Bill of Rights, social economic reform/movement,” the report says.
It was done for intimidation PERIOD.

AND the AP story has changed. The obama admin may have been spying on congress. Those same lines @ the ap that were tapped , were the same lines that congress used to speak with the AP about stories. NOW we have another problem seperation of powers. Was that violated?

Voter supression. <br />
Consider what we now know the IRS did:<br />
<br />
• Gave preferential treatment to liberal groups. On Tuesday, USA Today reported that while the IRS was hounding conservative groups and holding up their applications for tax-exempt status, it was quickly ushering liberal groups with names like "Progress Florida" and "Missourians Organizing for Reform" through the process.<br />
<br />
USA Today found that in the 27 months after Feb. 2010, the IRS did not approve a single Tea Party application. Over those same months, however, dozens of applications submitted by liberal groups that were engaged in the same type of activities and were seeking the same tax status as the conservative ones sailed through the agency.<br />
<br />
"As applications for conservative groups sat in limbo," USA Today reported, "groups with liberal-sounding names had their applications approved in as little as nine months."<br />

Orders from the Mr 0bama. an attempt to have them dig up dirt on his opposition and he wanted attention diverted from his own cronies tax dodging.
