Why did the villan in "Batman begins make an appearance in "The Dark knight"? I never got that part.?

plus, I thought he was dead :S

it's called closure

the first move showed the scarecrow had escaped.
so the second one gives closure to that story line.
You can't have Bat-Man not finish the job

You have to remember that Batman is a character with a long history. He is much more than what is portrayed in the movies.

Batman's "Rogues Gallery" is a recurring cast of villains who re-appear over and over, with new story lines. In the comics it is rare to kill a beloved hero or villain off.

The movies reflect that heritage. Ra's-AL Ghul, Scarecrow, the Joker are never really down for long. They all come back to haunt him, and that gives us new material to enjoy.
