Why do football players have such big heads just because they play one of many sports?

Because... in the USA football is almost a religion. Kids are put up on a pedestal by adults when they play football. Its wrong to do that. Kids should be kids playing sports to have fun.

I abhor what adults are doing to these kids.

Maybe they need to fill out the helmets so that they can use their heads as a weapon as they tackle their opponents ... I really don't understand Grid Iron

I don't think it has anything to do with just palying one of the sports cause I've met many pro hockey guys & they are sweet as pie.
