Because they are not conscious of bad influence of this motions on their complexion and their skin. And...as a man...I must say...they don't know there are some kind of beauties looking nicer without makeup than after applying all those mixtures. Believe me...I know some girls looking much better, prettier without "cover" than after they apllied it.

Because it highlights their best features- ideally of course, though it is used to cover up who they really are mostly, for lack of self esteem. More women need to know they're beautiful.
