So-called bad boys are deemed in need of rescue by women of all ages. Hence, the draw for so-called good girls to them. They love to fix bad boys, or try to anyway. Some succeed, so do not. =/

I'm with the fixing crowd... women like fixing things, making people feel better, making things right. If a boy is "bad" he needs fixing. We need purpose. It's a match made in hell.

Maybe you have noticed wrong jingles, it is not that girls fall for bad boys, as far as i know, most of the times girls loath bad boys for their acts and stuff. Maybe for a relation at our age, a girl looks for a guy who is like cool and stuff but women generally like to settle with guys who are decent and well behaved!

I think for me it's that i'm a commitent-phobe and with bad boys i'm pretty much guaranteed fun with no commitment. It's also kind of about feeling like you can be the one to change them.

They are fun. It's the thrill. But when you think about it why do boys fall for the bad girls? Makes you think. You know the obvious sex well can't girls want the same thing?

Bad boys have a tendancy to be arrogant and overconfident and...well...really hot because of it. They leer at you openly and don't act all shy and oversweet. I want a nice guy in the end, for marriage, but most of them are too shy to ask me out. Bad guys, I think are more fun for brief flirtations, but in the end, I'll want to be in love with a good guy. My head must rule my baser instincts. lol.

Because girls have low self-esteem.

I have found this to be the case over and over, the better the "bad boy" act works on a girl, the less she thinks of herself. Women who are mature enough, or don't have the luxury of dating a guy who irresponsible (e.g. mothers), aren't phased by it. If a girl responds overzealously to a playful chip at her ego, that's usually a good sign she has enough baggage to crush you with.

However, you should never confuse nice-ness with a lack of confidence. Bad boys can seem confident when in reality, they're just projecting their own insecurities onto women. For a nice guy to seem confident, he REALLY HAS TO BE CONFIDENT, which is a much taller order.

I think that some people always fall for someone that they lack...maybe because of that aggressiveness in their eyes and the confidence...the ability to do something that they would never imagine doing....maybe?

Because they are dangerous and because they exude confidence. Usually those bad boys are fantastic in bed.

Nice guys are just sort of wimpy, you know. Too needy. But those bad boys, they don't need anyone, and that makes them more attractive.
