Too much carbohydrates, low protien,poor digestion, too much caffine, sleep apnea, low RBC count.

know the feeling i feel like that as well i have low iron levels and that can make you feel like you are spaced out all the time go and get your iron levels checked out....
Too much sleep, and not enough exercise is why I feel spaced out when I am depressed.

I feel like this too. I'm not sure why we are like this. Maybe a chemical deficiency in our brains?
