I agree with VSteele1. The only other option I can think of is talking with your doctor or a therapist and see what they suggest (they are the professionals). I would not let them prescribe any medications though. There is no telling what long term side effects might be from meds.

Maybe I can help? Take it nice and slow. When it's hard quickly do other activities with yer GF... like massaging her or complimenting her. When you need the feel to climax just stop and take a minute breather.
Time yourself. 1st time might be 10 minutes. Then one day you might make it last 30+
The best way to train would be do not make love for the first week. Do not even wa nk! On the 6th day wa nk (on yer own or get GF to help) but everytime you feel a climax coming on STOP! Just immediatly stop. Stop BEFORE you even feel the 1st jerk. By stop I mean hands off! Wait 30 - 45 seconds then repeat the process. What'll happen is you'll wa nk without ******* at all! It may take time. Time yourself when the 1st jerk was felt.... 10 minutes, 15?
